Electric equipment schemes

The general information

A food of electric components of the car is provided on several chains, depending on various factors:

A food from the battery. Pressure of the battery moves directly on a starter, the generator, both relays of the illumination, some safety locks in an impellent compartment and safety lock A in the main assembly block. The designations used on schemes of an electric equipment

Grounding points are designated by number and letter G facing to it, for example, G14. In certain cases grounding points share on so-called grounding on a signal and grounding on a food, and are designated by the additional letter – accordingly S or P.

Connections are designated by number and letter H facing to it, for example, H16-1. Here 16 – quantity of contacts, and 1 – a connection serial number in group. The connections which are in a plait of electroconducting are designated by number and letter J facing to it, for example, J43.

Electroconducting designations

The designation of wires on schemes consists of three parts and looks like type P15-5 YE/GY 2.5.

C — comfort Maintenance D — Diagnostics E — the Engine G — Transmission I — Devices L — Illumination P — Maintenance with a food Q — the Anticreeping alarm system S — Safety T — Communication V — review Maintenance W — Warning systems X — Other (for example, tyres)

Individual number, except:

15 — the Chain +15 30 — the Chain +30 31 — Weight 54 — the Chain +54

Wires with the identical letter and figure, for example, E110, E110-1, E110-2 etc. usually carry out identical functions.

The second part (YE/GY) represents a colour code

BK — Black BN — Brown BU — Dark blue GN — Green GY — Grey OG — Orange PK — Pink RD — Red VT — Violet WH — White YE — Yellow

The number standing in the third part means cross-section section of a conductor in mm ².

Gauges and indicators

For a designation of gauges and indicators the simplified pictogrammes are used. On the gauge pictogramme from outside a socket the symbol designating type of a target signal, and on the other hand – a symbol meaning the measured size is put.

Switches, the relay and other components

The components led round by a continuous line are shown completely, and the faltering line leads round only a component part. The component signature consists of a serial number and one or several letters explaining its site (capital letters) and type (lower case letters).

The site is designated by following letters:

C — the Center D — the Party of the driver F — Redock H — the Luggage space P — the Party of the forward passenger R — the Back LH — At the left RH — On the right
