    Поддомкратьте the car also remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment. Lower the car on the earth and remove with турбокомпрессора the inlet pipeline together with gauge MAF. Remove the top cover of the engine. Disconnect from the inlet pipeline a delivery tube турбокомпрессора.
Remove the top section of the inlet pipeline (5 on an illustration).
    Separate sockets of atomizers, the gauge of temperature ОЖ, the gauge of pressure of forced air, gauge CMP, the vacuum chamber турбокомпрессора and valve EGR. Remove cable channels from beds of camshafts (6 on an illustration). Disconnect the electroconducting fixed on submitting fuel tubes and returnable fuel lines (7 on an illustration). Remove fuel tubes of injectors (see an illustration).
    Give fixture of fuel returnable tubes of the back block of cylinders and their support from bed of camshafts and a fuel distributive highway. Take tubes aside.
    Remove covers of heads of cylinders.
    Establish the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ for what combine a label on a pulley of a cranked shaft with a label on a cover of drive ГРМ.
    Make sure that all valves of the cylinder №1 are not loaded by camshaft cams.
    By means of measuring щупа measure клапанные backlashes at first all valves of the cylinder №1, then final valves of cylinders of №2 and №3 and inlet valves of cylinders №5 and №6. Write down the measured sizes.

The arrangement of valves is specified in illustrations.

    Turn a cranked shaft clockwise on one turn (that labels have again coincided) and make sure that all valves of the cylinder №4 are not loaded by camshaft cams. Measure клапанные backlashes, since inlet valves of cylinders №2, №3 and №4, and then final valves №4, №5 and №6. Write down the measured sizes. Compare the measured sizes to requirements of Specifications.



    In need of adjustment of a backlash any of valves remove from it an atomizer and a returnable fuel line (see an illustration). Turn a cranked shaft so that the cams corresponding to the adjustable valve, have been turned upwards. Turn a pusher a screw-driver so that its groove was accessible. Unload a pusher of the valve by means of the special adaptation. Make sure that the adaptation does not press on an adjusting washer. Take an adjusting washer and replace its other, more suitable thickness. For calculation of a thickness of an established washer add to a thickness of an old washer size клапанного a backlash and subtract size of a demanded backlash.

New washer establish labels downwards.

    After installation of a new adjusting plate again measure adjusted клапанный a backlash. Establish acting in film components in sequence, return to an order of dismantle of components. Use new linings of atomizers and covers of heads of cylinders. It is necessary to replace acting in film submitting fuel tubes also. In summary pump over the power supply system.
