Replacement of the oil pump and its valves

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Lay on wings protective covers, uncover the engine and disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery. Uncover a broad tank of system of cooling. Поддомкратьте the car. Remove the right forward wheel and parts of the bottom spoiler. Lower the car on the earth.
    Hang out the engine.
    Establish the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of a step of compression (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ)) and remove a belt of drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a head of cylinders and натяжителя приводной chains). Remove tension and adjusting rollers. Turn a cranked shaft in position 60 hailstones. To ВМТ also note this position. Remove cogwheels of camshafts. Remove the water pump and a back cover of a belt of drive ГРМ. Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (see an illustration). Disconnect electroconducting Д/В of pressure of impellent oil (to the left of a flange of a cranked shaft). Remove the generator (see the Head of System of an electric equipment of the engine) and поддомкратьте the car. Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe and lower impellent oil. Remove the pallet картера and маслозаборник (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера and маслоотражательной plates). Give compressor K/V fixture together with an arm and take him aside. Lower the car on the earth.
    Remove the case of the oil pump (37 on an illustration).
    Uncover and take both rotors of the pump (38 on an illustration).

Pay attention to an arrangement of labels on rotors.

    If necessary turn out stoppers, take springs and valves (редукционный and the managing director) – 39 on an illustration.

The operating valve can be removed at once after removal of a forward cover of a belt of drive ГРМ.

    Installation is made upside-down. Establish rotors labels outside. Use the new lining of the oil pump covered with hermetic № 93 21 795 under catalogue Saab. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts. In summary start the engine and make sure of absence of leaks of oil.
