Removal and installation of a back cover of a belt of drive ГРМ

The description of removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its forward cover is resulted in Section Removal and installation of heads of cylinders and приводных belts.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a belt of drive ГРМ. Turn out a stopper over cogwheel ТНВД and screw screw M6 to fix it.
    Remove cogwheel ТНВД (22 on an illustration), a pulley (23) cranked shaft and separate a socket (24) gauges CKP.
    Remove a back cover of a belt of drive ГРМ, take from it epiploons and clear its interfaced surfaces from прокладочных materials.
    Remove from a cranked shaft a rotor of gauge CKP and two intermediate gear wheels ТНВД.
    Establish gear wheels of drive ТНВД so that labels on them coincided.
    Establish acting in film components in sequence, return sequence of dismantle of components. At installation of a back cover of a belt of drive ГРМ put on its interfaced surfaces hermetic (№ 87 81 841 under catalogue Saab).
