Removal and installation турбокомпрессора

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Поддомкратьте the car also remove the bottom protective casing of the engine. Disconnect каталитический the converter from forward section of an exhaust pipe and turn out bolts of its fastening to a support on a transmission. Lower the car on the earth.
    Disconnect submitting tube from турбокомпрессора and gauge MAF then remove the top cover of the engine (6 and 7 on an illustration).
    Disconnect submitting tube турбокомпрессора (8 on an illustration) from the inlet pipeline and remove a thermofilter (9) турбокомпрессора. Remove the top section of the inlet pipeline (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline). Remove the storage battery, its pallet and the block of fusible inserts (see the Head of System of an electric equipment of the engine).
    Disconnect from турбокомпрессора каталитический the converter (15 on an illustration).
    Disconnect a vacuum hose (16 on an illustration) from the diaphragm block. Disconnect submitting tube турбокомпрессора from an arm on a transmission and from турбокомпрессора (17 on an illustration).
    Remove with турбокомпрессора an arm of the vacuum block (18 on an illustration), dump pressure in cooling system, and disconnect a water hose from турбокомпрессора (19).
    Disconnect an oil tube турбокомпрессора from the engine block (21 on an illustration) and turn out a hollow bolt (22) tubes. Give fixture (23 on an illustration) and remove турбокомпрессор. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
      Preliminary make sure that bearings турбокомпрессора are filled by oil. If necessary fill oil through submitting tube турбокомпрессора and turn his hand on enough of turns; Grease fastening hairpins турбокомпрессора with greasing Molycote 1000; Use new sealing rings.
