Dirt hit under protective covers of hinges of power shafts is not admissible, therefore preliminary it is necessary to clear covers and area round them, and also to take care of cleanliness during work. |
The internal hinge

Remove collars of fastening of a protective cover of the hinge and remove a casing триподного the hinge (1).

Clear and remove a lock ring then bring down the hinge (2) from a shaft.
Remove from a shaft a protective cover (3) hinges and clear all details.
Put on a shaft a new protective cover and a new collar of a cover.
Establish on a shaft the hinge and check up that its oblique party is turned to a power shaft. Use a new lock ring.
Fill the hinge greasing according to requirements of Specifications.
Establish the case of the hinge and fix a protective cover a new collar.

Fix a power shaft in a vice, remove collars of a protective cover (2) hinges and shift a cover on a shaft.
|
Clear the hinge (4) of greasing and bring down its hammer with soft the brisk.
Remove from a shaft an old protective cover and establish a new cover.
Fill the hinge greasing according to requirements of Specifications and впрессуйте in it a power shaft.
Establish a protective cover in correct position and fix its new collars.

Cleaning

Turn the bearing so that it was possible to take balls (1), then turn an internal holder so that she could be taken from an external holder (2) and remove an external holder (3).

Clear the removed components of the bearing and clear them.
Installation is made upside-down.
