The block of auxiliary systems and the gauge of pressure ESP


    Remove the components specified in illustrations Providing of access to the tank of a brake liquid, except a socket of the gauge of level of a brake liquid.
    Separate a socket (5) and take him aside. At block ESP removal separate a socket (6) gauges of pressure and if necessary turn out the gauge.
    Clear compressed air area round connections of tubes and give their fixture (8). On models with Manual transmission disconnect a hose (9) hydrodrives of coupling from the tank of a brake liquid. Remove the block of auxiliary systems.

If necessary accurately wring out a screw-driver an arm from a wheel arch to provide access to an external nut.

    Installation is made upside-down. After installation pump over a hydrodrive of brakes and coupling (model with Manual transmission).

Wheel gauges

The left forward gauge


    Remove the storage battery together with its pallet and the block of fusible inserts. Loosen the a collar also remove a broad tank of a cooling liquid.
    Separate a socket (6) and remove its clamp (8) from an arm and from a socket.
    Remove a wheel and clear area round the wheel gauge by means of a soft wire brush.
    Turn out a bolt of fastening of the wheel gauge and remove it.
    Remove consolidation and extend electroconducting outside then liberate it from clamps and remove together with the gauge.
    Installation is made upside-down.

The right forward gauge


    Remove the tank of liquid ГУР and separate a gauge socket.

Back gauges

Back wheel gauges are built in naves of back wheels and separately are not replaced.


    Remove a back brake disk.
    Separate a socket of the gauge (7), give 4 nuts (8) ступичной assemblages and remove hub assemblage together with a brake board. Leave a brake board and assemblage of a lay brake suspended on a cable.
    Installation is made upside-down. Use new nuts of fastening of a nave.

The gauge of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel – replacement and calibration


    Disassemble a steering column and establish it on the stand (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).

Components of a steering shaft are marked so that their assemblage is possible only in one certain order.

    Mark a steering shaft on both parties of its pipe (2), extend a steering column and turn out fixing bolt (4).
    Accurately squeeze out a clamp (5) and remove a flange.
    Remove a lock ring and a spring washer (6), remove a bearing support together with the bearing (7) and the gauge of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel (8).
    At gauge installation be convinced that the groove on it is levelled with a ledge on a shaft. The further installation is made upside-down, according to the labels put at removal. After installation follows откалибровать the gauge.

Gauge calibration is required as well at adjustment of corners of wheels.

    For calibration establish wheels in position of rectilinear movement, connect the diagnostic scanner to socket DLC and reprogram the gauge according to the instructions, displayed the scanner.

The gauge of angular speed


    Remove the central console (the Body see the Head). Remove a casing of the lever of switching of transfers/levers of the selector of modes АТ (the Manual box of a gear change or Automatic transmission see the Head).
    Turn out bolts of fastening of the gauge (3).

For access to the left bolt accurately wring out an air line.

    Separate a socket of the gauge and remove it. Installation is made upside-down.

The arrow on the gauge should specify forward.
