Removal and installation of a cover of drive ГРМ

More low described procedure assumes that the power unit is removed from the car.

The components removed for providing of access to a cover of drive ГРМ

1 — ShChup of level of impellent oil
2 — the Intermediate roller

3 — Pump GUR
4 — the Water pump


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Take out щуп level of impellent oil and remove an intermediate roller (2 on an illustration). Remove pump GUR and its arm with an elevating eye (3 on an illustration). Remove the water pump and the plug with sealing rings (4 on an illustration). Remove the pallet картера and disconnect from it a hose сапуна картера. Directing plug leave in the block of cylinders. Wipe the flowed out oil. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (the Section Replacement of epiploons and a pulley of a cranked shaft see).
    Turn out directing pins from a cover of drive ГРМ a way нарезания in them carvings (8) (fixture (8 and 9) covers (10) drive ГРМ).
    Turn out all bolts of fastening of a cover of drive ГРМ (9 on an illustration). Uncover, since its bottom edge, and then, moving it upwards-downwards not to damage a lining of a head of cylinders. Carefully clear of the consolidation rests all interfaced surfaces and then put on them on the centre the platen of hermetic Loctite in 518 thickness of 1 mm. Establish a cover of drive ГРМ, and screw bolts of its fastening, but yet do not tighten them. Establish into place directing pins of a cover. Tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of drive ГРМ with effort 22 Nm. Check up a condition of sealing rings of the water pump and if necessary replace them.

The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
