Lay on wings protective covers and remove the top cover of the engine.
Remove the storage battery together with the pallet.
Remove the assembly block of the relay and safety locks and remove it aside. Separate the sockets fixed in holders.

Remove with АТ a ventilating hose (6), establish the lever of the selector (7) on АТ in position L and remove it.
|
Remove a clamp and take a cable of a drive of the lever of selector AT from an arm (8). On 6-cylinder models disconnect the cable channel (9) from the power unit.
Turn out 3 top bolts (10) fastenings АТ, clear area round a joint of a jellied tube with АТ and lift the receiver (11 and 12).

Separate a socket () a ljambda-probe (ов) (13), give a nut (14) fastenings of a back support of the engine and bolts (15) fastenings of a back pillow of the engine
|

Bolts completely do not turn out. |
Hang out the power unit and lift the car.
Remove forward wheels, the bottom protective casings of an impellent compartment and forward section of final system.

Turn out bolts (22) fastenings of the steering mechanism, remove two back collars (23) fastenings of submitting tube ГУР to a stretcher and remove tubes К/В from plastic collars on a stretcher.

Remove the case of an air cleaner (24). On 4-cylinder models disconnect a radiator from интеркулера (25).
From both parties of the car give bolts of fastening of spherical support of a suspension bracket to rotary fists and bolts of racks of the stabilizer of a suspension bracket (36).

Remove a forward support of the power unit and basic plates (29).
|
Establish under a stretcher the special stand and give the remained 4 bolts (32) fastenings of a stretcher.
Lower a stretcher at the stand approximately on 5 sm that it was possible to remove two forward collars of fastening of submitting tubes ГУР. Remove collars, lower the stand together with a stretcher and take him aside.
Remove a back support and a pillow of the engine (34).
On 4-cylinder models remove the plate fixed by two bolts to get access to hydrotransformer fastening on приводном a disk. On 6-cylinder models remove a stopper (under a starter), closing bolts of the hydrotransformer (35).

Turn out 6 bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer to приводному to a disk, turning for this purpose a cranked shaft (36).
|
Wring out the hydrotransformer from transmission and fix it in this position by means of the special adaptation (37) for the period of removal АТ.
Remove the components specified in illustrations. Empty АТ.
Take from АТ the left power shaft, suspend it on a plait and lower the car.
Remove the left pillow of the engine.
Lower the power unit approximately on 10 sm that АТ it was released from a constructive element. Lift the car.
Fix on a jack the special adaptation, level its centre with centre AT and with its interfaced surface (see an illustration).

Turn out the remained bolts of fastening АТ to двигател, separate them and remove АТ from the special adaptation.

Installation is made upside-down.
