Removal and installation of gauges of a control system by the engine
Gauge CKP
4-cylinder engines
|
Remove a thermofilter of a final collector.
|
Remove the gauge with a sealing ring (3 on an illustration) and, having liberated electroconducting (4) gauges, separate its socket (5) and remove the gauge.
|
Installation is made upside-down, if necessary replace a sealing ring. Before installation grease a sealing ring of gauge CKP with impellent oil.
|
|
Petrol engines V6
|
Remove the top cover of the engine.
|
Separate a socket (2 on an illustration) gauge CKP electroconductings, liberate it from collars (3) and поддомкратьте the car.
|
Give the top bolt (5) on an arm турбокомпрессора, remove a thermofilter and remove gauge CKP (6).
Installation is made upside-down. Use the new sealing ring greased with impellent oil.

Diesel engines
|
Поддомкратьте the car also remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment and casings of wheel arches.
|
Separate a socket and remove gauge CKP.
|
Installation is made upside-down. Preliminary grease a sealing ring with vaseline.

Gauge ECT
4-cylinder engines
|
|
Dump pressure in cooling system, separate a socket and remove gauge ECT.
|
Installation is made upside-down. If necessary replace consolidation of the gauge and grease its carving with vaseline.
|
|
Petrol engines V6
|
Remove the top cover of the engine and lower pressure with cooling system.
|
Disconnect from the throttle case a delivery hose турбокомпрессора (3 on an illustration) and a cable of a drive throttle заслонки (4) then remove the case of a throttle from the inlet pipeline (5).
|
|
Separate a socket of gauge ECT and remove the gauge.
|
|
Gauge replacement should be made as soon as possible to avoid superfluous losses of a cooling liquid. |
Installation is made upside-down. If necessary use new consolidations of understanding connections. A gauge carving grease with means Molycote 1000.
|
|
Diesel engines
|
|
Dump pressure in system of cooling and remove a hose (2 on an illustration) between gauge MAF and турбокомпрессором.
|
Remove the top cover (3) engines and the top hose (4) турбокомпрессора then separate a socket (5) and quickly replace gauge ECT (6).
Installation is made upside-down.

Replacement of gauge CMP of the diesel engine
|
|
Remove a hose (1 on an illustration) between gauge MAF and турбокомпрессором, and also the top cover (2) engines.

Separate a socket (3 on an illustration) and replace the gauge (4).
Installation is made upside-down.

Removal and installation

The replacement description э/м the emergency operation valve is resulted for 4-cylinder engines. On engines V6 operate similarly. |

After removal э/м the valve the engine management block works in emergency operation, therefore it is necessary to translate it in a normal mode. |

|
Remove the top cover of the engine (1 on an illustration) and a cover (2) levers throttle заслонки.
|
Turn out the bottom bolt (3 on an illustration), remove a protective casing and separate a socket (4).
Turn out the top screw (5 on an illustration) and remove э/м the valve (6).
Installation is made upside-down.

|
Include ignitions and clear memory of the block of engine management by means of the diagnostic device. Then wait for 10 seconds.
Accurately press the spring end in a direction of the case of a throttle.

Turn a screw-driver a black rotor (6 on an illustration) counter-clockwise before click, and then turn clockwise the lever of a pedal (7). Make sure that the lever of a throttle (8) does not follow the pedal lever at rotation of the last.

|

Accurately turn the gauge of position of a pedal of a brake on a corner 180 hailstones. Clockwise also remove it from the holder.

Separate a gauge socket.
Extend a rod the gauge till the moment of a stop of a rod.
Squeeze out a brake pedal, establish the gauge and accurately release a pedal.
Join a socket and establish a cover of an arm of pedals.

Uncover an arm of pedals and squeeze out a coupling pedal.
Extend the red plug (3) on the gauge before click then remove the gauge and separate its socket (5).
Make sure that a rod the gauge will extend, squeeze out a coupling pedal, establish the gauge and accurately release a pedal.
Join a socket and establish a cover of an arm of a pedal.
