Removal and installation of the panel of devices and its components

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Switch off ignition.
    Remove the lattices of lobbies fixed on clamps rosin (2), and remove dynamics (3), having disconnected from them electroconducting.
    Uncover (4), located in the centre of the panel of devices. On models with ACC and-or the anticreeping alarm system separate a socket, and squeeze out the gauge through an aperture in the panel of devices. Remove a ware box and an air line (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the main ware box). Establish a steering wheel in position of rectilinear movement of the car.
    Remove заглушки, turn out 2 screws (7) and remove a pillow of safety of the driver.
    Separate sockets (8) pillows of safety, the horn and audiosystem switch (at a corresponding complete set) – see also Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of a steering column. Give a nut (9) fastenings of a steering wheel, having left it to keep on several coils of a carving. Shift a steering wheel to a nut, then completely remove a nut and a steering wheel.

Fix a spiral spring on a steering column.


    Turn out 2 screws and remove a diagnostic socket (10).
    Remove the left bottom section of the panel of devices and an air line (11), having turned out 3 screws. Remove floor illumination from below panels of devices.
    On models with Manual transmission remove a cover (13) levers of a gear change. On models with АТ a small screw-driver remove a bandage tape.
    Remove an ashtray with the holder and turn out 2 screws (15) behind it. Separate a socket (16) switches of the uniform lock and sockets (17) cigarette Lighter and heating of seats. Remove casings of a steering column and подрулевые switches. Remove the multipurpose display, an audiosystem and the block of management of heating and ventilation. Uncover at the right end face of the panel of devices and the block of management of illumination.
    Remove the remained switches (7), turn out 6 screws, liberate 4 clamps (8) and remove a control panel (9).
    Turn out 3 screws and remove the main assembly block (19). Remove duster (20) steering columns (4 screws).
    Turn out 4 screws and remove a combination of devices, having separated its sockets.
    Remove an air line on the party of the driver (fastens one screw). On models with a pillow of safety of the forward passenger separate its socket and the holder, having turned out one screw. Remove a covering of a threshold of a driver's door, unbend a carpet and remove a protective plate in front of the bottom support of the panel of devices.
    Remove back section of the central console, having raised it upwards and having separated a socket (26).
    Establish the gear change lever / the selector lever in position R / P (models with RKPP/AT) and take a key from the ignition lock. Remove from the ignition lock иммобилизатор (28), having turned it and having pulled upwards, and then having separated a socket. Insert a key into the ignition lock. Separate a switch socket стеклоподъёмников (29).
    Turn out 6 screws (30) fastenings of the top section of the central console and raise its forward part.
    Turn out 3 screws and remove metal скобу (31) with an adjusting pin.
    Turn out 2 screws and ослабьте one nut (32) fastenings of an upper edge of the panel of devices.
    Turn out 2 screws (33) fastenings of a bottom edge of the panel of devices. Remove the panel of devices, having raised it and having extended outside. Installation is made upside-down.
