The display is used as well for display of the information of an audiosystem. SID 2 By means of the button DIST ааааааааа Distance to a place of appointment/counter of the passed way; ARRIV аааааа Arrival estimated time; ALARM ааааа Alarm clock function; SPD W аааааа The prevention of speed (sound signal). For dump of values of all functions, except DIST, ALARM and SPD W, press button "CLEAR" and keep it within not less than 4 seconds. The included function is marked with a sign on the display. Calculation of an arrival time and average speed For arrival time calculation establish distance to destination (DIST) and choose function ARRIV. The Arrival time pays off on the basis of average speed in last 20 minutes of movement. At a stop its time is added up the time of arrival. At a choice of function DIST the remained distance to destination is displayed. When the distance to destination reaches zero, DIST carries out function of the passed way. As initial size for the counter of the passed way last preset value of function DIST is used. For arrival time calculation at certain speed of movement establish distance to destination (DIST), speed of movement (SPD 0) and choose function ARRIV. For calculation of average speed (SPD 0), necessary for arrival in the destination removed on distance (DIST), and in set time (ARRIV) operate similarly. Check mode At engine start approximately within 4 seconds on the display the inscription CHECK ("CHECK") is deduced. If the message on check arrives during movement, the sound signal is distributed and on the display before the given message the inscription INFO DISPL is deduced. If there are some messages, to the left of an inscription there is a symbol "+". Messages appear in priority sequence, depending on their importance. For removal of the message from the display quickly press button "CLEAR". Mode NIGHT PANEL (the Night panel) The given mode is intended for comfort increase at driving in a night-time for the account of reduction of volume of the information which are given out to the driver – the most important counters and indicators burn only. Inclusion and mode deenergizing is made by pressing the button NIGHT PANEL. Units of measurements and languages SID can work on one of 6 languages (Swedish, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish) and one of 4 sets of units of measure (the metric, American and two mixed sets). For an input in a mode of installation of a set of units of measure and language simultaneously press and keep buttons "CLEAR" and SET during 4 with, the sound signal yet will not be distributed. Establish demanded units of measure by means of buttons Time and date installation Time is established by two small buttons located in the left part. For time display at the switched off ignition press one of buttons SID, except NIGHT PANEL. For date installation choose function TEMP and keep button "SET" not less than 1 second (the sound signal will be distributed and on the display year will start to blink). Establish current year by means of buttons SID 1 By means of buttons with arrows it is possible to choose one of functions (TEMP, D.T.E., FUEL 0, SPD 0). The description of functions is resulted above for SID 2. The message on ice and messages on checks stands out similarly SID 2. Inclusion and mode deenergizing NIGHT PANEL, and also dump of all values are made similarly SID 2. For input acknowledgement button "CLEAR" is used. The system contains 4 ultrasonic gauges-radiators located in a back bumper which register subjects on distance to 1.8 m behind the car. Character of signals considerably varies at distance of 90 sm is a distance most conveniently for luggage carrier unloading/loading. The help system at a parking can be disconnected. For this purpose at the activated system press and keep button "CLEAR" before occurrence on the message display PARK ASSIST OFF. In the same way the system joins. Besides, the system joins always at ignition inclusion. At detection of internal malfunction (for example, at pollution of gauges) and it gives out to impossibility of work of system a constant sound to inform the driver on it. |
