Check компрессионного pressure

For performance of procedure of check компрессионного pressure the help of the assistant is required.

Gauging компрессионного pressure allows to make general idea about a current condition of such internal components of the engine, as linings of heads of cylinders, elements клапанного the mechanism, pistons and piston rings. The analysis of results of check allows to define, whether the engine requires capital regenerative repair, or it is enough to replace only a sealing lining of a head of cylinders. Measurement is made with the help компрессометра.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature (an order 80 hailstones.) also muffle it.
  2. Make sure of completeness of a charge of the storage battery.
  3. On petrol models turn out all spark plugs (the Section Check and replacement of spark plugs and the ignition module see).
  4. Prepare компрессометр and screw its nozzle in a candle aperture of one of cylinders.
  5. Completely open throttle заслонку and, turning the engine a starter, consider indications компрессометра. Write down result of measurement.

Time of carrying out of measurement should be as it is possible more shortly.

  1. Repeat the procedures described in item 4 and 5 for remained cylinders of the engine.
  2. Compare results of measurement by requirements of Specifications.
  3. The compression grows in the serviceable engine very quickly. The low value shown after the first cycle, increasing with the subsequent cycles, specifies in deterioration of piston rings. Low value after the first cycle, not increasing after the following, specifies in presence of leaks through valves, or on the punched lining of a head of the cylinder (the crack in a head can be the reason also). In compression decrease can result deposit presence on plates of valves.
  4. The results received at measurement of a compression, should be about identical to all cylinders. If pressure is in any cylinder at level minimum admissible and even more low for reason finding-out pour in in the cylinder through a candle aperture a teaspoon of impellent oil and repeat compression measurement.
  5. If oil addition has temporarily improved a compression, the reason of its decrease, most likely, is deterioration of the piston, rings or the cylinder. If the compression increase has not occurred, it is possible to assume that the reason – in негерметичности valves or the punched lining of a head of the block.
  6. The low compression in two next cylinders almost for certain is a consequence of breakdown of a lining of a head. Presence of a cooling liquid in chambers of combustion or in картере the engine will confirm this assumption.
  7. If the compression in one of cylinders differs from the others more, to us on 2 атм, besides idling turns are astable, the reason, probably, excessive deterioration of a cam of a camshaft.
  8. After check carrying out disconnect компрессометр and establish acting in film components.

Features for the diesel engine

On the diesel engine компрессометр it is established in apertures for a candle накаливания, therefore preliminary execute described below operation.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Separate a socket of atomizers.
  2. Remove with турбокомпрессора the top section of the inlet pipeline with gauge MAF.
  3. Remove the top cover of the engine.
  4. Disconnect from the inlet pipeline a delivery hose турбокомпрессора.
  5. Remove the top section of the inlet pipeline.
  6. Separate sockets of valve EGR, the gauge of temperature of fuel and the gauge of absolute pressure.
  7. Remove топливоподающие tubes of atomizers of cylinders 1, 3, 4 and 5.

Preliminary dump pressure in the power supply system.

  1. Give fixture of a returnable line of the back block of cylinders.
  2. Remove candles накаливания (see the Head of System of an electric equipment of the engine).
