|
Uncover a broad tank of system of cooling.
Remove with турбокомпрессора the inlet pipeline together with gauge MAF.
Remove the top cover of the engine.
Remove the storage battery, give fixture of the assembly block of safety locks and shift it aside.
Remove the holder of the battery.
Поддомкратьте the car also remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment.

Loosen the a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units also remove it. Then slightly give a back bolt of fastening of the generator. Mark a direction of movement of a belt if its further use is supposed.

Empty system of cooling of the engine.
Cut a coupler of electroconducting of the gauge of level of impellent oil.
Turn out a forward bolt of a forward support of the power unit (10 on an illustration).

Bolt (10) fastenings of a forward support and delivery tube турбокомпрессора (11).
|
Disconnect a delivery tube турбокомпрессора from интеркулера (11 on an illustration).
Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of an exhaust pipe and give nuts on an exhaust pipe joint.
Remove a delivery hose with a tube from the top inlet pipeline.
Remove каталитический the converter.
Cut a coupler on a hose of a radiator and remove the top hose of a radiator.
Remove a socket and a coupler with directing щупа level of impellent oil. Remove the directing.
Turn out the top bolt of an elevating eye and ослабьте the bottom bolt. Take an elevating eye aside.
Separate sockets, cut a cable coupler and remove a casing of fans of system of cooling.
Turn out the bottom screw and remove an elevating eye.

Give a nut of a back support of the power unit.
|
|
Loosen the quick disconnect connections of fuel lines (22 on an illustration). Wipe the flowed out fuel rags.
|
Unload an engine support, having propped up its jack. Remove the right support of the engine with top an arm and a pillow. Lift the engine a little more to get access of a bolt of fastening of an arm (23 on an illustration).

Uncover a belt of drive ГРМ.
|
|
Establish the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression. For this purpose combine labels on a pulley of a cranked shaft and on cogwheels of a camshaft and ТНВД with marks in the engine. If labels on a belt not accurate, put them anew.
|
Unload a roller натяжителя (to the right of a cranked shaft), having turned it and having inserted into an aperture in it a core in diameter of 6 mm. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a roller, simultaneously extending it on itself.
Remove a belt of drive ГРМ and an intermediate roller (over cranked shaft).

Remove pump GUR with an arm.
|
|
Separate sockets of electroconducting of the engine and clean it aside (30 on сопр. Illustrations).
|
Remove the top section of the inlet pipeline and an arm турбокомпрессора (31 on an illustration).
Remove a thermofilter турбокомпрессора (32 on an illustration).
|
Remove a clamp and disconnect an operating rod of a vacuum box турбокомпрессора (33 and 34 on an illustration).
|
Disconnect a vacuum hose (35 on an illustration) and separate a socket (36).
Disconnect from турбокомпрессора submitting tube (37 on an illustration).
|
Disconnect oil and water tubes, and also the vacuum block from турбокомпрессора. Remove турбокомпрессор.
|
|
Remove fuel tubes and a distributive highway.
|
Remove thermofilters over a final collector. Lower a jack to remove a back thermofilter.
Remove a pipe connecting blocks of cylinders.
Disconnect from a cover of a head of cylinders a tube of system of cooling of the engine.
Remove ventilation hoses картера.
Disconnect a returnable fuel line from forward and back blocks of cylinders.
Disconnect submitting tubes and remove holders of submitting and returnable fuel tubes from a back head of cylinders.
Remove covers of heads of cylinders.

Loosen the quick disconnect connections in a back part of bed of a camshaft then remove arms of atomizers (48 on an illustration).
|
Remove atomizers and returnable fuel lines (49 on an illustration).
|
Turn out bolts of fastening of covers of cogwheels and a bolt under a cover of a forward number of cylinders (50 on an illustration).
|
Turn out the hairpins keeping arms of atomizers (51 on an illustration).
Remove hoses of the vacuum pump both back and forward beds of camshafts.
|
Turn out bolts of fastening of valve EGR to a tube of system of cooling (53 on an illustration) and clean knot aside.
|
Turn out a bolt of fastening of a tube of ventilation картера to the inlet pipeline of a forward number of cylinders (54 on an illustration).
Turn out bolts of fastening of a tube of system of cooling to a head of cylinders (55 on an illustration).
Remove the cable channel of the forward inlet pipeline (56 on an illustration).
Remove hoses of system of cooling from the back block of cylinders.
Turn out a bolt of the top fastening of the generator.

Remove heads of cylinders from blocks of cylinders together with final collectors and inlet pipelines.
|
|
|
Installation
|
Clear interfaced surfaces and combustion chambers. Blow carving apertures under bolts of fastening of heads of cylinders the compressed air to remove from them oil and a dirt.
Make sure that directing are established in blocks of cylinders.
Establish heads of cylinders with new linings and bolts.
|
Pay attention that bolts have various length, roll them in corresponding apertures. Make sure that linings are laid on corresponding blocks of cylinders (on linings labels L – left are put, - and R – right). The thickness of linings gets out according to Specifications. |
Tighten bolts of fastening of heads of cylinders in sequence, return specified in illustrations of item 54 (Removal) and with demanded efforts (Specifications see).
The further installation is made in sequence, return to an order of dismantle of components. Pay attention to following moments:
Tighten fixture according to requirements of Specifications;
Use new submitting tube ТНВД;
Use new consolidations of atomizers;
At installation of a cover of a head of cylinders use a new lining, and also put hermetic (№ 87 81 841 under catalogue Saab) on surfaces;
At installation of the pipe connecting blocks of cylinders, use new linings and grease fixing bolts with means Molycote 1000;
Grease with means Molycote 1000 fixture турбокомпрессора, an arm of an exhaust pipe and its connection;
Before installation of a belt of drive ГРМ make sure that labels on cogwheels and on a pulley of a cranked shaft are combined with labels on the engine. After belt installation turn the engine on 2 complete revolutions and again make sure that adjusting labels ВМТ coincide.
Upon termination of installation fill system of cooling and greasing system. Start the engine and check up it on leaks of oil and cooling liquid.
