Removal and installation of components of system SAI
The forward valve and forward submitting tube SAI
|

|
Remove the top cover of the engine (1 on an illustration) and перепускную a tube with the valve (2).
|
Separate a socket of the gauge of temperature/pressure (3 on an illustration), disconnect a tube турбокомпрессора from the case of a throttle (4), then поддомкратьте the car and disconnect a tube from интеркулера (5).
Lower the car on the earth and lift the receiver турбокомпрессора.

Loosen the a collar (7 on an illustration) hose fastenings to valve SAI and if it is required to remove only the valve, turn out bolts (8) its fastenings.
|

|
The valve can be removed and after tube removal. |
At tube removal give fixture of a thermofilter of a final collector and remove the screen.
|
|
Give fixture of a submitting tube to a forward final collector (3 bolts) and a head of cylinders (1 nut) and lift the receiver (11 on an illustration).
|
If forward valve SAI is not removed yet, remove it, having turned out bolts (12 on an illustration).
Installation is made upside-down. Preliminary clear interfaced surfaces of the valve and a tube, use new linings.

The back valve and back submitting tube SAI
|
|
Separate sockets of ljambda-probes (see an illustration).
|
|
Give fixture (2 on an illustration) back tube SAI to a final collector and a head of cylinders.
|
Disconnect from valve SAI a hose (3 on an illustration) and lift the receiver together with the valve.
Turn out bolts (4 on an illustration) fastenings of the valve and separate it from a tube.
Installation is made upside-down. Preliminary clear interfaced surfaces of the valve and a tube, use new linings.

Pump SAI
|
|
|
|
Поддомкратьте the car also separate a socket of electroconducting of pump SAI (2 on an illustration).
|
Turn out bolts of fastening of pump SAI, disconnect from it hoses and remove the pump (3 on an illustration).
Installation is made upside-down. Be convinced that plugs of fixing apertures of the pump are established correctly and do not drop out.

Filter SAI

Remove pump SAI and the filter case (3 on an illustration).

Remove the filter (4 on an illustration).
Installation is made upside-down.
