Give nuts (2 on an illustration) connections of forward section of an exhaust pipe with back section and remove clamps (3) from rubber support.
|

Remove two forward support (4 on an illustration) and substitute a jack towards the end of a pipe then remove the remained rubber support (5) and remove section of an exhaust pipe with the forward muffler.

Installation is made upside-down.

Measure from a welded seam of the back muffler with an exhaust pipe of 95 mm and cut it in this place.

Join the new muffler with an exhaust pipe and arrange it in parallel the car bottom.
|

Fix the muffler by means of a collar and rubber support.

|

Remove the bottom protective casings of the engine.

Fix an exhaust pipe on a support on transmission by means of a plait.
Disconnect forward section of an exhaust pipe from catalytic the converter (5 on an illustration).

Disconnect forward section of an exhaust pipe from the muffler (6 on an illustration) and remove it.
Level a new exhaust pipe concerning the body bottom.

|
|
Remove the bottom protective casings of the engine. Disconnect forward section of an exhaust pipe from catalytic the converter and turn out bolts of fastening of the converter to a support on transmission (5).

Lower the car on the earth and disconnect an air tube (6 on сопр. Illustrations) from турбокомпрессора and gauge MAF. Remove the top cover of the engine (7).
|
Disconnect a delivery tube турбокомпрессора (8 on an illustration) from the inlet pipeline and remove a thermofilter турбокомпрессора (9).

Give two top nuts of connection турбокомпрессора with forward section of final system and remove a forward bottom protective casing of the engine.

Give the bottom nut of connection турбокомпрессора with forward section of final system (7 on an illustration) then separate forward and back sections of final system (8).

Remove clamps from rubber support and accurately remove support (9 and 10).
Lower forward section of final system, trying not to bend a flexible knee more than on a corner 7 hailstones. Concerning its axial line.
Installation is made upside-down. Fixture to турбокомпрессору tighten in regular intervals not to deform its flange.

Separate forward and back sections of final system (9 on an illustration) then remove clamps from rubber support and accurately remove support (10).

Remove a thermofilter of a forward final collector (1 on an illustration), give fixture (2) forward sections of an exhaust pipe to турбокомпрессору and separate a socket of a ljambda-probe (3).

If the ljambda-probe acted in film, before installation grease its carving with means Molycote 1000.

Uncover a broad tank and dump pressure in cooling system.
Поддомкратьте the car, remove a forward protective cover of the engine and lower ОЖ (see the Head of System of cooling of the engine, heating, ventilation and an air conditioning).

Consistently turn out bolts 5 and 6 arms турбокомпрессора.

Give nuts (28 on an illustration) and remove forward section of an exhaust pipe (29) with турбокомпрессора.

Turn out fastening bolts турбокомпрессора to a final collector (35 on an illustration).
Unload a belt of a drive of auxiliary units and remove it from pump GUR pulley. Remove an arm of pump GUR from an engine support.

Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of pump GUR and shift the pump aside. Shift aside турбокомпрессор and remove a final collector.

Uncover batteries and disconnect from it electroconducting.
|

Remove the top cover of the engine and a generator air line (2 on an illustration). Separate sockets of ljambda-probes (3).

Give fixture (4 on an illustration) tubes SAI to a head of cylinders and lift the receiver (5) together with valve SAI.

Give 2 external nuts (6 on an illustration) on a back final collector.
Поддомкратьте the car also remove forward section of an exhaust pipe.

Give 2 bottom nuts (9 on an illustration) fastenings of a final collector, lower the car on the earth and give 3 top nuts (11). Remove a back final collector.

Installation is made upside-down. Use a new lining of a final collector and consolidation of other understanding connections.
