Removal and installation of the water pump
|

Open a cover of a broad tank and dump pressure in cooling system.
Поддомкратьте the car also remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment.

4-cylinder petrol engines
|

Lower cooling liquid and lower the car on the earth.
|
|
Separate gauge MAF socket (6 on an illustration), disconnect an air hose (7) and gauge MAF.
|
Loosen the a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units also remove it from pulleys of pump GUR and the water pump.
|
|
Disconnect from an inlet pipe турбокомпрессора a ventilation tube картера (10 on an illustration) and uncover heads of cylinders.
|
Separate a socket of the valve of management of pressure of forced air (11 on an illustration).
Remove an elevating eye of the engine (12 on an illustration).
Give fixture of hoses to the target valve турбокомпрессора (13 on an illustration) and remove перепускную a tube together with its valve (14).

On a joint перепускной tubes with an entrance tube турбокомпрессора the sealing ring is used. |
|
|
Give a nut and 2 clamps and remove a thermofilter of a final collector (15 on an illustration).
|
Loosen the quick disconnect connection of a ventilating tube (16 on an illustration), remove submitting tube турбокомпрессора (17), submitting tube (18) and закупорьте inlet port турбокомпрессора.
|

Give fixture of pump GUR and shift the pump aside (20 and 21 on an illustration).
|
Release collars and remove hoses from inlet port of the water pump (22 on an illustration).
Disconnect two longitudinal tubes from the block of cylinders (23 on an illustration) and from the water pump (24).
Give a bolt of fastening of a water tube from the water pump to турбокомпрессору (25 on an illustration).
Disconnect a water tube from the water pump (26 on an illustration).

Turn out bolts of fastening of the water pump (27 on an illustration) and accurately remove it, separating from an arm and from connecting муфты (29).
|
Remove from the block of cylinders connecting муфту and check up a condition of its epiploons, if necessary replace epiploons.
Installation is made upside-down. Use a new sealing ring of connection of an arm перепускной tubes with submitting tube турбокомпрессора.
After installation switch off a central air of air and fill cooling system. Start the engine and allow to it to work on various turns before inclusion of the fan of a radiator.
Switch off the engine and if necessary add ОЖ. Check up cooling system on presence of leaks.

Petrol engines V6
|
|
Lower cooling liquid and lower the car on the earth.
Unload the right support of the power unit, slightly having raised the engine.
|
|
Remove gauge MAF and a hose (7 on an illustration). Remove hose ГУР from an arm (8).
|
Remove the right support of the engine together with an arm (9 on an illustration).
Turn out bolts of fastening of pulleys of pump GUR and the water pump. Loosen the a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units, remove pulleys mentioned above pumps, натяжитель a belt and a cover of a belt of drive ГРМ (illustrations in Section Repair of 6-cylinder petrol engines see).
Installation is made upside-down. Before pump installation clear interfaced surfaces. Use a new sealing ring of the pump.

Diesel engines V6
|
|
Loosen the a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units also remove it together with натяжителем (see Has undressed Repair of 6-cylinder diesel engines).
Lower cooling liquid from a radiator.
Turn out a forward bolt of fastening of a forward support of the power unit and a bolt of fastening directing щупа level of impellent oil.
Lower the car on the earth and disconnect from турбокомпрессора an inlet tube together with gauge MAF.
Remove the top cover of the engine and disconnect the top hose of a radiator.
Separate sockets of fans of a radiator, turn out the top bolt of fastening of an elevating eye and remove from it directing щупа level of impellent oil.
Shift aside an eye and remove a casing of fans.
Give the central nut of fastening of a back support of the engine.

Loosen the quick disconnect connections of fuel lines also wipe the flowed out fuel (14 on an illustration).
|
Unload the right support of the engine and remove it together with an arm and a pillow. Raise the engine and turn out bolts of its fastening. Remove the bottom arm of the engine (15 on an illustration).
Uncover a belt of drive ГРМ.
Establish the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ and remove a belt of drive ГРМ and its intermediate roller.
Turn out a stopper over assemblage ТНВД, screw on its place bolt М6, give fixture of cogwheel ТНВД and remove a cogwheel.
Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft and intermediate pulleys. Separate gauge CKP socket. Uncover a belt of drive ГРМ, take from it epiploons and clear interfaced surfaces of the lining rests.
Remove a rotor of gauge CKP and two gear wheels of drive ТНВД.
Establish the water pump with a new lining. Make sure that two long bolts of fastening of the pump are established in corresponding apertures.
The further installation is made in return sequence. If necessary address to materials Has undressed Repair of 6-cylinder diesel engines.
