Removal and installation of pallets картера

On diesel engines the pallet картера consists of two parts: bottom (from sheet metal) and top (aluminium).

The bottom pallet картера

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Поддомкратьте the car also remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment.
  1. Turn out a drain stopper (2 on an illustration), lower impellent oil and give bolts of fastening of the pallet картера (3).
  1. Clear interfaced surfaces of the bottom and top pallets картера.
  2. Put on an interfaced surface of the bottom pallet картера the hermetic platen (№ 87 81 841 under catalogue Saab) thickness of 2 mm.
  3. At вворачивании a drain stopper use a new lining.
  4. If necessary replace the oil filter.
  5. After installation fill greasing system, start the engine and check up connections on presence of leaks.

The top pallet картера

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove with турбокомпрессора the inlet pipeline with gauge MAF. Remove the top cover of the engine.
  2. Take щуп level of impellent oil, disconnect from its directing a cable and turn out from an elevating eye a bolt of fastening directing щупа.
  3. Поддомкратьте the car also remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment.
  4. Unload and remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
  1. Separate gauge CKP socket, turn out a drain stopper, lower impellent oil and separate a socket of the gauge of level of oil.
  1. Remove directing щупа level of impellent oil.
  1. Turn out stretcher bolts on the right side and bolts of fastening of the right triangular sheet.
  1. Establish the prorate between the central arm of a stretcher and a body.
  2. Remove compressor K/V and suspend it aside. Remove an arm of fastening of the compressor.
  3. Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe.
  4. Turn out a forward bolt of fastening of a forward support of the engine (10 on an illustration).
  5. Lower the car on the earth and give a nut of a back support of the engine (see an illustration).
  6. Give the central nut of fastening of the right support of the engine (23 on an illustration).
  7. Lift the engine with the help лебёдки and remove the bottom pallet картера.
  1. Remove the top pallet картера and clear its interfaced surfaces, and also a surface of the block of cylinders.
  1. If necessary remove the gauge of level of impellent oil.
  1. Put on an interfaced surface of the top pallet картера the hermetic platen (№ 87 81 841 under catalogue Saab) thickness of 2 mm and tighten bolts of its fastening. At first tighten 2 bolts specified in illustrations.

Establish a new sealing ring маслозаборника.

  1. Establish acting in film components in sequence, return sequence of their dismantle.
