Remove Manual transmission (the Manual box of a gear change see the Head).

Fix a flywheel by means of the special adaptation (2), turn out bolts (3) fastenings and remove press a disk from a flywheel.
|
Examine the surface of a flywheel interfaced to coupling. Presence of a touch of dark blue colour, and also thin not deep scratches are not the reasons for anxiety while in the presence of deep scratches it is necessary to replace a flywheel.
Check up press a disk on presence of scratches and other damages. If press not equal, it it is necessary to replace a disk.
Strongly worn out press also it is necessary to replace a disk.
Rotating press the bearing, check up it on presence of excessive noise, and also on deterioration presence. If necessary replace press the bearing.

Installation

Establish conducted and press disks on a flywheel and slightly fix their bolts.
|
On diesel engines V6 the convex party should be turned to Manual transmission. |
By means of the special adaptation centre coupling and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded efforts.
|
On diesel engines V6 put on a carving of bolts fixing hermetic. |
Remove the adaptation for fixing of a flywheel and establish Manual transmission.
