Uncover the tank of a brake liquid and if necessary finish level of a liquid to demanded level.
|
|
Give the union of prorolling (3) and connect to it a hose of the device for prorolling.
|
|
|
Submit compressed air to the device for prorolling (5) and allow to leave a brake liquid before disappearance of bubbles then tighten the union.
|
Establish on a cover of the tank of a brake liquid the special adapter and, keeping a hose of the device for prorolling on the union, pump over the tank within a minute or time necessary that air bubbles have risen on a surface.
In summary check up coupling work.

Prorolling of the executive cylinder
|
|
|
|
For prorolling of the main cylinder of coupling Manual transmission should be removed. |
|
|
Connect to the union (1) submitting tubes of the executive cylinder a piece of a transparent hose in diameter of 8 mm and length 450 mm.
|
Completely press and release выжимной the bearing (2). The piston of the executive cylinder should remain in the domestic situation.
Fill a hose with a brake liquid on 350 mm and connect to it the manual pump.
Create the pressure necessary that the piston of the cylinder and a brake liquid was put forward has started to move in the cylinder.

Do not suppose an exit of the piston from the cylinder further its full speed. |
Remove the pump and accurately press the piston against the stop. Allow to leave liquids with air bubbles.
Repeat the actions described in paragraphs 9 and 10 before disappearance in the leaving liquid of air bubbles.
After the prorolling termination leave the piston in its domestic situation.
