Removal, installation and door adjustment

Separate a socket (1) electroconductings of a door and remove from rack A the terminator (2) courses of a door.

Give at first the bottom nut (3) bottom loops, and then, keeping a door, a nut (4) top loops.
Remove a door from loops.
Installation is made upside-down. After installation adjust position of a door concerning a body.

For adjustment of position of a door in a longitudinal plane of the car at door removals slightly turn out bolts of fastening of loops to a body, establish a door and adjust its position. Then remove a door and tighten bolts of fastening of loops to a body.

For adjustment of position of a door in a cross-section plane of the car at door removals slightly give nuts of fastening of loops to a body, establish a door and adjust its position. Then remove a door and tighten nuts.

|
In need of small adjustment of position of a door upwards-downwards and vnut-outside at an open door give a nut, beat out the plug, tighten a nut and adjust door position.

Remove a strip (1) on an inside of a frame of a door. On a driver's door separate a socket of the block of adjustment of external mirrors.

Remove the handle (2) unlockings of the lock of a door and the handle of opening of a door (3).
Remove from clamps on perimetre of a door the panel of its furnish (4) and remove it from the lock button.
Remove from furnish a lamp and separate I will corrode all sockets (6).
Installation is made upside-down.

Replacement of an external rear-view mirror, its dismantling and assemblage

Remove a strip (1) on an inside of a frame of a door and separate a socket (2) mirrors.

Turn out 4 screws of fastening of a mirror (3) and remove it from a door, having pulled back.

Do not drop screws in a door. |

For removal of glass of a mirror wring out its screw-driver from a clamp and disconnect from it heating / electroconducting

For removal of the e/motor of adjustment of position of a mirror remove mirror glass, turn out 3 screws and separate an e/motor socket.
|
Assemblage and mirror installation are made upside-down.

At glass removal slightly give screws of fastening of a mirror and remove external consolidation, having turned out the screw on its back part.

Lower glass so that its holder was visible at the top of the big bottom aperture (3).

If replacement is required has flown down, take it from a door outside for back edge.

The external handle and the lock
|

For handle removal preliminary it is required to remove the lock. |
|
|
Lower a window, open a door and remove a strip round a door frame.
Remove internal furnish of a door and влагозащитный the screen.
Slightly give screws of fastening of a mirror and remove external consolidation, having turned out the screw on its back part.
Lower glass so that its holder was visible at the top of the big bottom aperture (3).
Disconnect levers стеклоподъёмника from rollers bottom directing, having taken out clips and having hooked levers a wide screw-driver.

Take glass from a door outside for its back edge.

Выпрессуйте the central parts of rivets of fastening of a metal plate also remove from a plate electroconducting (9). Then drill rivets (10), remove a plate and unhook electroconducting from the lock.

Loosen the fixture of protection of the lock, having turned out a back nut of the handle and protection and the protection screw.
|
|
|
Loosen the fixture (12) bottom edges directing, pull directing forward and remove lock protection.
|
|
|
Turn out 3 screws (14) fastenings of the lock to a door and remove from the lock draught (15), turning the lock and simultaneously unhooking draught between the lock and the external handle.
|
Separate a socket (16) and remove the lock (17).
|
|
Give a forward nut of fastening of the handle and remove a plate.
|
Insert a key into the lock, turn it counter-clockwise.
At first delay a back part of the handle on so much that the draught end has entered into a lever flute, and then extend the handle outside as much as possible.
|
|
Turn out the screw of fastening of the holder of the cylinder of the lock, turn the holder clockwise (looking from the back party of the handle) and push out it from the handle.
|
Definitively remove the handle and its consolidation. If necessary replace consolidation.
Installation is made upside-down.
