Luggage carrier cover

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Open a cover of a luggage carrier and separate a socket under a cover in a covering before the left combined lantern (2).
    Disconnect a hose (3) from a body, and then from a loop.
    Remove a clamp (4) fastenings drains to the hinge and disconnect a rack (5) from a loop.
    Give 2 bottom nuts (6) fastenings of a cover of a luggage carrier to loops, then on some turns give two top nuts (7) and uncover a luggage carrier. Installation is made upside-down. After installation adjust position of a door concerning a body.
    To displace a luggage carrier cover forward-back it is possible at the released nuts.
    Adjustment of a cover of a luggage carrier on height is made at the released screws of fastening of its loops to a body. It is possible to adjust separately height of the forward party of a cover of a luggage carrier (at the released forward screws).
    The height of the back party of a cover of a luggage carrier is regulated by means of rotation of rubber support.

The external handle

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a plate of licence plate and open a luggage carrier cover.
    Give nuts of fastening of the decorative panel and remove it.
    Give nuts, compress clamps and remove the left combined lantern.
    Give 4 nuts (5) fastenings of the handle, slightly delay it, separate a socket of electroconducting (7) and remove the handle.
    Installation is made upside-down.

The lock

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove the internal handle and a covering from within a luggage carrier (1). Turn out 3 screws of fastening of the lock (2).
    Turn a clamp (3) rods of a drive of the lock and disconnect a rod. Remove a rod and the lock (4).
    At lock replacement transfer a rod on the new lock.

The e/motor of a drive of the lock

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove the internal handle and a covering from within a luggage carrier (1). Turn a clamp (3) rods of a drive of the lock and disconnect a rod.
    Take the central pin of fastening of the mechanism of a drive of the lock and remove the mechanism, having left it to hang on draught.
    Turn out screws of fastening of the e/motor, separate a socket (5) and remove the e/motor (6). Installation is made upside-down.
