Dismantling and assemblage клапанного the mechanism

The method of removal of valves from the removed head of cylinders (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline, a belt of drive ГРМ and heads of cylinders) is more low described. Removal components it is necessary to have so that then them it was possible will establish on former places. The repair sizes of components of a head of cylinders are specified in Specifications. Repair procedures are not considered in view of their typicalness.


Damage of the cylindrical surfaces interfaced to pushers of valves is not supposed.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a head of cylinders (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline, a belt of drive ГРМ and heads of cylinders). For removal of inlet valves remove a corresponding camshaft and pushers, operating similarly to the removal of a final shaft described at removal of a head of cylinders. Establish protective plugs to the place of pushers. Compress клапанную a spring by means of the special adaptation and remove from the valve crackers (4 on an illustration).

    Remove spring plates, a spring (5 on an illustration). Take the valve from a head of cylinders. Remove маслосъёмный a cap with directing the valve. Measure the sizes of components клапанного the mechanism. If necessary replace defective parts or make necessary metalwork works.

Replacement of directing valves is not provided, if necessary directing it is possible to pierce only. Corners for processing of saddles of valves are specified in Specifications.

    Damaged маслосъёмные caps replace. Installation is made in return sequence.
