Adjustment, removal and installation of a drive of a gear change and the ignition lock
Components of a drive of a gear change
Removal
|

Remove a casing of the lever of a gear change (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a casing of the lever of a gear change).
Remove the holder (2) lock plates (4) and a spring keeping it (3).
By means of a screw-driver release a clamp (4) and extend a lock plate together with its plastic arm. Remove the terminator of a deviation (5). If necessary remove the ignition lock, having turned out screws of its fastening.
Establish the gear change lever in position of transfer of a backing and turn out a bolt of its fastening to a gear change rod. If necessary replace lever plugs.
Remove the lever of a gear change and a holder, accurately having compressed a screw-driver three clamps on a holder.

Installation

Establish a holder and the lever in a casing, watching that the sealing ring was between a holder and a casing.
Fix the lever on a rod and establish the deviation terminator.
Establish a lock plate and make sure that 2 its bearings are on a place.
Latch clamps of a lock plate, establish its arm and a spring.

Adjust position of a lock spring by means of the screw on its holder who should be up to standard with a ledge on a casing.

|
At adjustment the inclination terminator should not adjoin to a lock plate. |
Establish a casing of the lever of a gear change.

Check up serviceability of inclusion of all transfers.
If necessary adjust the mechanism of a drive of a gear change.
