 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Tyre out the car on the lift and cover wings protective covers. Remove submitting air branch pipe, the top cover of the engine and the battery together with the pallet. Lift the car and remove forward wheels and 2 bottom protective casings of an impellent compartment.
    Remove from an arm the gauge of updating of an angle of slope of the xenon headlights.
    Remove the bottom filters of wheel arches and the central section of an exhaust pipe (see the Head of the Power supply system and release of the fulfilled gases). Turn out bolts of fastening of forward section of an exhaust pipe to arm Manual transmission. Lower the car and disconnect hoses from the inlet pipeline. Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe. Remove the assembly block of the relay and safety locks and take him aside. Lift the receiver between турбокомпрессором and интеркулером. Include 4th transfer and fix Manual transmission in this position then give a collar of fastening of a rod of a drive of a gear change to draught (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a casing of the lever of a gear change). Raise a cover of the lever of a gear change. Include 3rd transfer that the rod left draught, and establish a stopper in a lever casing (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a casing of the lever of a gear change). Remove from the executive cylinder a clip, disconnect from the cylinder submitting hose and establish a clip on a place (see an illustration). Give a nut (19 on an illustration) a back support of the power unit and bolts (20) fastenings of a pillow of this support.

Bolts completely do not turn out.

    Hang out the power unit on a beam established on wings.
    Give a nut and turn out bolts of fastening of the left pillow of the engine and remove a pillow.
    Turn out a bolt of fastening of the cable channel to Manual transmission.
    Lift the car and turn out a bolt (28) fastenings of a forward support of the engine to a stretcher. Remove from a stretcher an air cleaner, the bottom casing of a radiator, and rubber support of a cooler of liquid ГУР. From both parties of the car give bolts of fastening of spherical support of a suspension bracket (35) to rotary fists and bolts of racks of the stabilizer of a suspension bracket (36).
    Turn out bolts of fastening of back basic plates and back bolts of fastening of a stretcher (35).
    Separate a tube of cooling of the battery. Establish under a stretcher the special stand and give the remained bolts (38) fastenings of a stretcher.

Pay attention to the different size of bolts, do not mix them at installation.


    Remove a tube arm интеркулера.
    Lower the car to provide access to a bolt of fastening of the steering mechanism and turn out them. Simultaneously ослабьте collars of fastening of tube ГУР also fix on it a tube of system of cooling. Loosen the collars of tubes К/В.
    Remove aside the stand with a stretcher, turn out a bolt (43) fastenings of draught of a gear change to a rod and remove a back support (44) engines with a pillow. Draught acts in film together with a support.
    Separate a socket (14 on an illustration) electroconductings Д/В of lanterns of a backing and turn out 3 top bolts of fastening Manual transmission (15).
    Disconnect from Manual transmission both wires of weight (47) and lower the car.
    Lower the power unit so that Manual transmission it was released from a constructive element. Remove with Manual transmission its top support. Disconnect the left power shaft and suspend it on a plait. Remove a starter. If replacement or dismantling Manual transmission is supposed, remove from it an arm of a support (50). Empty Manual transmission, fix on a jack the special adaptation, level its centre with centre RKPP and with its interfaced surface (see an illustration). Turn out 2 remained bolts of fastening Manual transmission to the engine (see an illustration), separate them and remove Manual transmission from the special adaptation.
