Tyre out the car on the lift and cover wings protective covers.
Remove a decorative lattice of a radiator (the Body see the Head), the top cover of the inlet pipeline and the battery together with the pallet.
Include 4th transfer and fix Manual transmission in this position then give a collar of fastening of a rod of a drive of a gear change to draught (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a casing of the lever of a gear change).
Raise a cover of the lever of a gear change. Include 3rd transfer that the rod left draught, and establish a stopper in a lever casing (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a casing of the lever of a gear change).

Remove from the executive cylinder a clip, disconnect from the cylinder submitting hose and establish a clip into place.
|
Separate a socket (14) electroconductings Д/В of lanterns of a backing, turn out 3 top bolts of fastening Manual transmission (15) and establish on their place directing hairpins (16).
|
Separate a socket () electroconductings a ljambda-probe (ов).
|
|
|
Disconnect (18) draught of a drive of a gear change from Manual transmission, give a nut (19) back support of the power unit and 3 bolts (20) fastenings of a pillow of this support.
|
|
|
Bolts completely do not turn out. |
Hang out the power unit on a beam established on wings.
Lift the car, remove forward wheels and the bottom protective casings of an impellent compartment.
Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe (the Section Adjustment, removal and installation of a drive of a gear change and the ignition lock see).

Remove a rack between the engine and its support.
|
Remove a rack between the engine and its back support then remove a back support with a pillow.

Turn out a bolt (28) fastenings of a forward support of the engine to a stretcher and bolts (29) fastenings of the steering mechanism.

Remove collars (30) fastenings of submitting lines ГУР to a stretcher, remove from it the case of an air cleaner (31), liberate from plastic holders on a stretcher of line К/В and separate (33) from интеркулера a radiator of system of cooling of the engine.

|
From both parties of the car give bolts of fastening of spherical support of a suspension bracket (35) to rotary fists and bolts of racks of the stabilizer of a suspension bracket (36).
|
|
|
Turn out the bottom bolts (37) and remove a protective plate behind a flywheel.
|
|
|
On engines B235R turn out bolts of fastening of the pallet картера the engine to Manual transmission. |
Turn out 4 bolts of fastening of a back basic plate and 2 bolts on a stretcher (38). Then establish under a stretcher the special stand and give the remained 4 bolts (40) fastenings of a stretcher.
Lower a stretcher and take him aside. Simultaneously remove 2 forward support of submitting line ГУР.
Suspend маслоохладитель so that it did not disturb to work.
Empty Manual transmission, disconnect the right power shaft and suspend it on a plait.
Disconnect from Manual transmission both wires of weight and lower the car.

Turn out bolts and nuts (46) left pillows of the engine and remove it.
|
Lower the power unit so that Manual transmission it was released from a constructive element.
Remove with Manual transmission its support (48) and lift the car.
