Removal and installation of a tube of forced air

4-cylinder engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove the top cover of the engine and give fixture перепускной tubes (2 on an illustration) to a submitting tube турбокомпрессора.
    Remove from a tube of forced air перепускной the valve (3 on an illustration) and separate the socket of the gauge of pressure/temperature located on it (4).
    Loosen the fastening collars on the case of a throttle and a hose of forced air (5 on an illustration). On models with Manual transmission disconnect from a tube of forced air a hose of Venturi.
    Turn out a bolt of fastening of a tube of forced air to an arm on a head of cylinders (6 on an illustration) and lift the receiver. Close the case of a throttle and a hose of forced air. If the tube acts in film for the purpose of replacement, rearrange from it the gauge of pressure/temperature upon a new tube, having greased sealing rings of the gauge with gasoline. Installation is made upside-down.

Engine V6

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove the top cover of the engine (1 on an illustration) and перепускную a tube (2) with the valve, keeping a sealing ring from connection with a submitting tube турбокомпрессора.
    Separate a socket (3 on an illustration) the gauge of pressure/temperature and disconnect a tube of forced air from the case of a throttle (4).
    Поддомкратьте the car also disconnect a tube of forced air from интеркулера, having left a collar on интеркулере (6 on an illustration).
    Lower the car on the earth and lift the receiver. Installation is made upside-down.
