Removal and installation of the power unit
|

Remove the storage battery and a cover of the tank of system of cooling of the engine.
On models with АТ extend a hose сапуна, located under the assembly block of the relay and safety locks.
Disconnect a weight wire between transmission and the left wheel arch. On models with АТ disconnect electroconducting from АТ; on models with Manual transmission separate socket Д/В of lanterns of a backing, поддомкратьте the car and remove the bottom protective casing of the engine.
Empty system of cooling of the engine.
Establish a steering wheel in position of rectilinear movement and fix it in this position. Give a lock bolt of a steering column and shift it upwards.
Loosen the a cable of a drive throttle заслонки also remove it aside (6 on an illustration).

Disconnect from the inlet pipeline a vacuum hose of the valve of a purge of adsorber EVAP (7 on an illustration).
Disconnect a vacuum hose of the amplifier of brakes, having pressed the red plug and having pulled a hose upwards (8 on an illustration).
Separate топливопроводы and закупорьте them (9 on an illustration).

Disconnect a positive wire from a clip of the assembly block and a negative wire from transmission.

On models with Manual transmission disconnect a hose of the executive cylinder of coupling and закупорьте it. Then include 4th transfer, remove a rod of a plug of a gear change and include 3rd transfer.

On models with АТ remove a cable of the selector of modes АТ.
|
Disconnect the top hose of a radiator and remove a vacuum hose перепускного the valve.
Disconnect a hose between a tube to the case of a throttle and интеркулером then separate a socket of electroconducting of the gauge of pressure/temperature.
Remove перепускной a hose with an inlet collector and muffle it.
Separate a socket of electroconducting of the fan of system of cooling of the engine. Give bolts of fastening of a cover of the fan, disconnect the top hose of a radiator and a tube маслоохладителя (models with АТ). Accurately uncover the fan upwards.
Remove a radiator lattice.
Disconnect a hose between турбокомпрессором and интеркулером and muffle open connections.
Remove gauge MAF together with its rubber saddle.
Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator from pump OZH, a hose of a broad tank and heat exchanger hoses. On models with К/В disconnect a vacuum hose from перепускного the valve located on a hose of the heat exchanger Remove a radiator.

Remove an arm with a socket of electroconducting of the engine and holders of electroconducting from a partition of an impellent compartment (22 on an illustration).

Remove levers of screen wipers and обтекатель a windscreen (23 on an illustration).

Обтекатель it is necessary to pull at first forward to unhook it from the hooks located under it. |
Separate socket ECM (24 on an illustration).
Give ступичные nuts from both parties, поддомкратьте the car and establish it on props.
Remove forward wheels.
Get wedges between transmission and a stretcher, and also between the pallet картера and a stretcher.
Turn out bolts of fastening of compressor K/V.
Give nuts and remove an air hose from the case of the air filter. Lower the car on the earth.
Fix (suspend) condenser K/V, интеркулер and compressor K/V on a radiator beam.
Separate a socket of compressor K/V and give quick disconnect connections of the hose connected to the delivery chamber.
Remove the right support of the engine together with a collar.
Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (the Section Replacement of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units see).
Give nuts of fastening of the left support of the power unit.
Remove the tank of liquid ГУР together with hoses and lay it on the engine. Press hoses between the tank and mechanism GUR.
Remove sheet fastenings of tube ГУР and slightly ослабьте a hose that it was mobile.
On models with АТ give quick disconnect connections маслоохладителя and закупорьте them.

Give on three nuts of fastening of levers of a suspension bracket to rotary fists from both parties of the car (41 on an illustration).
|
Give nuts of fastening of racks of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to suspension bracket racks (42 on an illustration).
Disconnect from rotary fists steering draughts (43 on an illustration).
Cautiously beat out axes from naves.
Remove маслоохладитель and suspend it on forward to edge of a frame of the engine.

Separate an inlet pipe for каталитическим the converter (46 on an illustration) and remove the temperature gauge.
|
Get the lift under the car and prop up a stretcher.
Turn out 10 bolts of fastening of a stretcher and a basic plate (48 on an illustration).
Lower the lift approximately on 25 sm, thereby, having lowered a stretcher with the power unit. Make sure that spherical support are free and lift power shafts. Unhook a hose маслоохладителя from its arm on a stretcher.
Shift the lift as much as possible back to release compressor K/V and lower the power unit together with a stretcher, a reducer of the steering mechanism and a forward part of an exhaust pipe.
Assemblage is made in sequence, return sequence of dismantle of components. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts.
