Removal and installation of a head of cylinders and натяжителя приводной chains

The repair sizes of a head of cylinders are specified in Specifications. Repair procedures are not considered in view of their typicalness. |
Removal
Removal of asterisks of camshafts
|
|
Start the engine on single turns, take a safety lock 15 and switch off ignition after the engine will decay. Establish into place a safety lock.
Cover wings with protective covers and remove covers of the battery and the inlet pipeline.
Merge ОЖ, disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery, поддомкратьте the engine and remove the bottom cover of an impellent compartment.
Slightly lower the car, remove the right forward wheel and disconnect tube ГУР from a stretcher.
Enter a wedge between the pallet картера and a stretcher (on the right party).
Remove the right support of the engine together with a collar, and then an arm of tube ГУР.
Remove gauge MAF with a rubber saddle. Disconnect electroconducting from gauge MAF and inlet port турбокомпрессора.
Lift the receiver ventilation картера.
Remove a forward elevating eye of the engine.

Separate sockets of electroconducting of a pressure head tube турбокомпрессора, перепускного the valve and the pressure and temperature gauge. Disconnect a vacuum hose перепускного the valve and закупорьте the open ends choke connections.
|
|
|
Compress натяжитель a belt of a drive of auxiliary units by means of the special adaptation (9 on an illustration) and fix натяжитель, having inserted into its aperture, for example, прутковый a key of 3.5 mm. Remove a belt from pulleys.
|
Remove натяжитель. Give generator fixture (10 on an illustration) and shift it aside then remove a generator arm.
Separate sockets of electroconducting of the gauge of temperature and the ignition module (11 on an illustration).

|
Disconnect hoses of system of cooling from a head of cylinders (12) (electroconducting sockets (11) and hoses ОЖ (12)).
|
|
|
Uncover the lever of the case of a throttle, a cable of a drive throttle заслонки, щуп level of impellent oil with directing and disconnect fuel hoses (13 on an illustration).
|
Remove a nipple сапуна картера from a cover of drive ГРМ (14 on an illustration).
|
|
Поддомкратьте the car also remove a rack of the inlet pipeline.
|
Remove a rack турбокомпрессора (16 on an illustration) and lower the car on the earth.
|

Remove a thermofilter with турбокомпрессора and a final collector (18 on an illustration).
Turn out 4 nuts of fastening турбокомпрессора to the final pipeline (19 on an illustration).
Remove pump GUR (20 on an illustration) and suspend it aside. Turn out the bottom screw of fastening of an arm of pump GUR.

Remove an arm of sockets of electroconducting of the module of ignition (22) from an elevating eye of the engine, and also an arm of a tube of the heat exchanger (23 on an illustration).
|
Remove the ignition and spark plug module (the Section Check and replacement of spark plugs and the ignition module see). Uncover heads of cylinders and result the piston of the first cylinder in ВМТ the end of a step of compression.

|
Turn out bolts of fastening of asterisks of camshafts (26 on an illustration). Keep thus shaft from проворачивания by means of the special adaptation.
|
Turn out a bolt of fastening of an intermediate asterisk and remove натяжитель chains of drive ГРМ. For this purpose after removal of a stopper, a spring and a pusher (27 on an illustration) use a key on 27 mm.
Remove asterisks of camshafts and pull together directing chains of drive ГРМ with a rubber plait (28 on an illustration).

Give fixture of a head of cylinders according to an illustration.
|
Wipe the flowed out oil and, having made sure that the chain does not disturb to removal of a head of cylinders, separate it from the block of cylinders.
|
|
Installation
|
|
Put прокладочный hermetic on an internal lining of a cover of a head of cylinders.
Lay a lining between the inlet pipeline and an intermediate part.
Carefully clear all interfaced surfaces and put the platen of hermetic Loctite in 518 thickness of 2 mm and length 10 - 20 mm on an internal part of the top interfaced surface of a cover of drive ГРМ.
Pull together directing приводной chains with a rubber plait and establish a head of cylinders with a new lining on the block of cylinders. Make sure that the head of cylinders has correctly sat down on aligning pins and that приводная the chain is not taken.
Tighten bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders in sequence, return sequence of their reversing, and with demanded efforts (Specifications see).

Tighten two bolts (5 on an illustration) between a cover of drive ГРМ and a head of cylinders with effort 22 Nm.
|
Make sure that labels on camshafts coincide with their reciprocal labels and combine adjusting labels of a cranked shaft (6 on an illustration).
At становите asterisks of camshafts also put on them приводную a chain. Begin with a final camshaft.

Yet do not tighten bolts of fastening of asterisks. |
Press a stopper натяжителя chains and establish натяжитель, having tightened its key on 27 mm with effort 63 Nm. Then establish a spring and a pusher натяжителя and tighten its stopper with effort 22 Nm.
Tighten with demanded efforts a bolt of fastening of an intermediate asterisk and bolts of fastening of asterisks of camshafts, keeping shaft by means of the special adaptation.
Make sure that the chain correctly lies on directing, then turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions and make sure that the piston of the first cylinder is in ВМТ a compression step.
Clear a cover of a head of cylinders gasoline, grease its aperture with impellent oil and lay on a head of cylinders, since an aperture. Make sure that cables on the end of a cover opposite to the inlet pipeline, are not clamped.

Tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders with effort 15 Nm according to an illustration.
|
Establish spark plugs and ignition modules (the Section Check and replacement of spark plugs and the ignition module see).
The further installation is made in sequence, return to an order of dismantle of components. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts (Specifications see).
