Remove the power unit from the car.
Establish the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression and uncover drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of drive ГРМ).
Remove top directing and натяжитель chains of a drive of balancing shaft (5 on an illustration Components of installation of a chain of a drive of balancing shaft).
Remove the mobile directing.
Remove an intermediate asterisk and a chain (7 on an illustration on an illustration Components of installation of a chain of a drive of balancing shaft).
Make sure that asterisks and directing are in a normal state. Do not forget to check up fixed directing (8 on an illustration Components of installation of a chain of a drive of balancing shaft) which is the general for a chain of drive ГРМ and a chain of a drive of balancing shaft. If necessary replace the worn out components.
Pay attention that asterisks of balancing shaft differ from each other. Remove asterisks (9 on an illustration Components of installation of a chain of a drive of balancing shaft).
Check up that плунжер натяжителя chains it is located correctly – if it can be squeezed out completely, turn it on 180 hailstones.
Turn плунжер натяжителя chains on 90 hailstones., press it, and turn in a starting position. Fix натяжитель in this position, having inserted, for example, a paper clip into an aperture located in the top part of its case.
Establish натяжитель from the mobile directing.
Establish fixed directing (4 on an illustration chain Installation).
Level labels on balancing shaft with labels on corresponding cases of bearings (5 on an illustration chain Installation).
Lay a chain on an asterisk and stretch it through an intermediate asterisk.
Check up position of balancing shaft and release натяжитель. Make sure that плунжер натяжителя has a small course.
The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
