 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  2. Remove a hose and a ventilation tube картера. Cut off a cable coupler on the control valve. Separate a socket э/м the valve and uncover heads of cylinders.
  3. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ)).
  4. Loosen the a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units also give an intermediate gear wheel so that to release муфту натяжителя chains.
  5. Turn out a stopper натяжителя, remove a spring and a pusher then remove натяжитель, without changing position of pistons.
  1. The acting part натяжителя should not exceed 15 mm, otherwise a chain it is necessary to replace.
  1. Check up deterioration of asterisks and directing to a chain. If on a surface between external edges of the directing there are deterioration signs, replace натяжители together with a chain.

Replacement

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Cover area round a chain on asterisks of camshafts rags and fix a chain plastic collars. Break off a chain, having removed by means of the special adaptation a folding link. Fix a plastic collar on the end of an old chain.
  1. Connect a new chain to the old.

Do not suppose chain falling. Make sure that the new chain lies on an asterisk of an inlet camshaft.


  1. Establish on a chain keeping adaptation and clean rags and collars from asterisks.
  1. Ask the assistant to turn a cranked shaft (clockwise) and, keeping an old chain, stack a new chain on asterisks of a cranked shaft.

Hold an old chain strained that it has not developed on cranked to a shaft.


  1. When the new chain will be established on asterisks so that on an asterisk of an inlet camshaft there will be only a few links, again lay round it rags. Fix a new chain a collar, remove a folding link and disconnect an old chain.
  1. Connect a new chain a connecting link, clean a collar and rags and stretch a chain so that this link has risen on the centre of the keeping adaptation.
  2. Condense an aperture with rags, remove a connecting link and will put the new lock of a chain. Check up that the insert with number 2 is in the special adaptation, then place in it a plate of a connecting link and establish it on a link in a chain, having pressed with effort 10 Nm.
  3. Turn an insert in the special adaptation and place its V-shaped dredging directly on one of шенкелей on a link. Rivet шенкель with effort 15 Nm. Then repeat this operation on other шенкеле.
  4. Check up diameter compressed together шенкелей – it should make 3.4 - 3.6 mm.
  5. Remove rags and keeping adaptation.
  6. The further installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts. Use a new sealing ring натяжителя chains.
