Replacement of epiploons and pulley of a cranked shaft
Forward epiploon

Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove the right forward wheel.
Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (the Section Replacement of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units see).

Remove the bottom cover of a flywheel and block rotation of a flywheel by means of the special adaptation.
|
|
|
Turn out a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft (6) and accurately take a screw-driver an old epiploon (7).
|
|
|
Do not damage the surface of the oil pump interfaced to an epiploon. |
Establish a new epiploon by means of the special adaptation or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter.
The further installation is made in an order, the return sequence of dismantle of components. In end start the engine, allow to it to work idling. Muffle the engine and check up presence of leaks through an epiploon.

Remove Manual transmission or АТ, depending on model (the Manual box of a gear change or Automatic transmission see the Head). On models with Manual transmission remove coupling and a persistent plate (Coupling and power shafts see the Head).
Remove a flywheel or приводной a disk.
Accurately take a screw-driver an old epiploon.

Do not damage a surface interfaced to an epiploon. |
|
|
Запрессуйте a new epiploon by means of the special adaptation (1 on an illustration), established on cranked to a shaft.
|
Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts.
