Removal of forward section of an exhaust pipe


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a decorative cover of the engine, take щуп level of impellent oil and stop up its directing with rags. Disconnect electroconducting from ljambda-probes, disconnect перепускную a tube турбокомпрессора and remove a thermofilter over a final collector. Give 2 top nuts on an exhaust pipe (4 on an illustration). Поддомкратьте the car also remove the bottom protective casing of the engine. Then give the remained fixture (6) and remove forward section of an exhaust pipe.
    Remove a protective casing from transmission (7 on an illustration). Lower impellent oil and disconnect a hose сапуна картера (9 on an illustration) from the pallet картера.
    Give bolts of fastening of the pallet картера and remove it.

On models with engine B235R and Manual transmission for access to the latent bolts of fastening of the pallet картера drill apertures or beat out stoppers (depending on a year of release) in the places specified in illustrations A. The pallet acts in film by means of the lever with the pointed end (see illustration B).

    If the pallet картера acts in film for the purpose of replacement, rearrange маслоотражательную a plate and a tube on the new pallet. Thus use new sealing rings. Make sure of absence of a dirt in the pallet. Clear from old прокладочного a material the pallet картера and the block of cylinders. Put a pillow of hermetic in the thickness of 2 mm on an interfaced surface of the pallet картера. Check up that the bringing tube is correctly established on the place. Installation is made upside-down. After installation warm up the engine and make sure of absence of leaks through the pallet картера. If necessary modify level of impellent oil.
